Waits Motel

Robert was extremely courteous and helpful. the rooms were clean large enough to be comfortable the area was quiet. It's centrally located with easy access to public transportation and virtually in the center of everything that I needed. It's a couple blocks from the hospital on 13th Street so it's literally blocks from just about everything you need, if I'm ever in Everett and need to get a room I'll definitely go back.

I stayed for 3 weeks and had a great time it’s right next to downtown and the water, the double room I stayed in was comfortable and had a wall between the rooms, which I haven’t seen a lot of, the owner is really nice and I haven’t had any issues with anybody here I’ll be staying here next time I come back here

Been driving Yellow Cab for 3 years in this area. I've served the Waits guests for that long. I know when a place is safe or not just by going there a bunch of times. The Waits has improved - for long enough that I feel fine going there now. I'd stay there, and feel good refering friends/family to stay there too. New owners are vigilant about guests following the rules, so all guests can peacefully enjoy their stay. They are remodeling the rooms. I asked on 6/28/23 - 1 person, unremodeled room - $87 + $50 deposit. Every other motel it's a $100 min deposit. There may be a place $10 less, but you risk knocks on thr door. Not at the Waits, they're vigilant, happy to help you. Nice plants and trees on site, I like that.

I was able to come here because it was within walking distance from providence hospital. Staff was quite helpful. My room is basic, but clean with hardwood flooring and clean bathroom. It's simple and inexpensive. Also within walking distance to the fresh fruit/vegetable market, Safeway, Bartells and High Society. I would definitely stay here again.

The good ol' Waits Motel, located in Everett, Washington. The Waits Motel can be found Hidden Behind A 7-11 convenience store. I had a friend Who actually turned out to be a drug dealer for that crystal meth drug stuff and never told me about it.. ewwww doesnt that stuff make people lose there body parts and teeth!!! That is absolutely disgusting.... But anyway lets focus our attention back onto the Waits Motel. From what i remember about the Waits Motel is that the rooms were extremely small and i was told by residesnts who actually lived at the Waits for long periods at a time that some rooms had bed bugs and how there was mold and all of that... ( but u know that is just hear say) The Waits Motel in Everett, Washington is only two blocks walking distance away from Providence Hospital. So DAY OR NIGHT due to the type of people the wAITS MOTEL holds u never know if u might need that hospital... so remember one rule... Seriously.... Do not stare anyone directly in the eye.... they will literally get the wrong idea...

Nice staff, very quiet if you need some alone time. Only down side was the ants all over the flloor when we woke up....

I attended a BBQ there today. It's going through a lot of good changes. A lot of work in it. My experience there was good. Friendly people.

A motel that is being transformed into A wellness home living facility. City has denied this change as city wants property itself. Mayor is lying about city of Everetts plan for this part of Everetts history!
